I wanted to share my experience with Chuck.

I reached out to him for help regarding a concern I had with a phishing email I received. I did all the appropriate password changes Prior to my call as a precaution since my anti-virus protection caught it however my printer was not acting right and therefor feared malware.

He was extremely professional and spent a great amount of time completely tuning up my laptop.

It is pretty rare to get that type of personal attention to customer care in a help desk or customer service situation.
